Why in News? 

The opening ceremony of the 4^th edition of the India-U.S. bilateral Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) amphibious exercise – Tiger TRIUMPH 2025 was held onboard INS Jalashwa on 1^st April 2025.

About Tiger TRIUMPH 2025 

• Tiger TRIUMPH (Tri-Services India-U.S. Amphibious Exercise) is a bilateral exercise aimed at improving joint HADR capabilities through amphibious and maritime operations.  

Exercise Phases 

• Harbour Phase (1^st – 7^th April 2025, Visakhapatnam) 
• Sea Phase (8^th – 12^th April 2025, Kakinada)
