Anil Pradhan, an engineer and educationist from Odisha, has won the third Rohini Nayyar Prize for Outstanding Contribution to Rural Development.The award highlights Pradhan's work in STEM education and hands-on learning labs, which bring innovation and technical skills to underserved rural areas.
