Why in News? 

New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon, along with foreign ministers from at least 18 countries, top business leaders, and foreign policy experts, will gather in New Delhi for the annual Raisina Dialogue. 

Theme: "Kalachakra: People. Peace. Planet."

The Raisina Dialogue is India's premier conference on geopolitics and geo-economics, dedicated to addressing critical global challenges. 

• Inspired by the Munich Security Conference and Singapore’s Shangri-La Dialogue, it has been held annually in New Delhi since 2016. 
• Designed as a multi-stakeholder, cross-sectoral platform, it brings together heads of state, cabinet ministers, local government officials, business leaders, media professionals, and academics. 
• Hosted by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, the event is supported by various institutions and individuals committed to its objectives.
