Why in the News?

The National Anubhav Awards Scheme 2025 extends eligibility to Central Public Sector Undertakings and Public Sector Banks. Retirees have up to three years post-retirement to submit experiences for recognition, with five awards and ten jury certificates available.

About the Scheme

  • Launched: 2015
  • Launched By: Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare
  • It encourages eligible employees to submit their stories, and those who make outstanding contributions receive awards.
  • Anubhav: It is an online platform where retiring and retired government employees can share their work experiences with the government.
  • Aim: Collecting valuable experiences to create a large collection of stories and best practices that can be useful for future employees.
  • Since inception, 59 Anubhav Awards and 19 Jury Certificates have been awarded.
