Why in the News?

The Indian Army has deployed a contingent of Special Forces to participate in the 15^th edition of the joint military exercise 'Vajra Prahar' with the US Army. The exercise, scheduled to take place from 2^nd to 22^nd November2024, at the Orchard Combat Training Centre in Idaho, USA. It aims to enhance military cooperation between the two nations.
