Why in News? 

The 4^th edition of Exercise Tiger Triumph has started along the Visakhapatnam coast. 

About Exercise Tiger Triumph 

• It is a bilateral tri-service exercise between India and the United States, focusing on Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR). 
• The aim of this exercise is to enhance interoperability between the armed forces of both countries for effectively carrying out HADR operations. 
• It also includes the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the creation of a Combined Coordination Centre (CCC) for better coordination during joint operations.
