External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar was honored with the Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi National Eminence Award for Public Leadership by SIES. 

 About the Award 

  • The Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi National Eminence Award is an annual recognition presented by the South Indian Education Society (SIES) to individuals who have made outstanding contributions in their respective fields.  
  • The award is named in honor of Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi, a revered spiritual leader and the 68th Shankaracharya of the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham, known for his wisdom and service to humanity.
